Lets see... Saturday's Kills...

Saw a 1999+ Four Door GSR (that nice purple) lowered to the max with chopped springs... thing was bouncing like a pogo stick Anyway, pulled up, smiled at his girlfriend, and smoked him like a salmon... guy wondered why the heck a car with no VTEC badge and no supra wing beat him... heheh.

Also smoked: One 1996+ Civic with windows PAINTED black (not kidding)... he was all business too, and his girl was egging him on.
Result: Passed him at 110, from a 60mph cruise.

The real race: 1996 RS w/ JRSC vs. V6 Passat... this was on a major highway in New England.... he came up behind me off an on ramp doing about 100 or so... couldn't shame the Acura/Honda guys, so I accelerated and caught him at 120 then absolutely blasted him... he tried to play catch-up for about 7 miles or so, so I would leave him wondering why he bought into the farvehnugen (sp) thing... I'm happy to report that he was SMOKED.

Hmmm.... you know, my car doesn't accelerate like a banshee (0-60 in 6.7) but on the highway it's fast... what gives???

Mine's just the opposite, 0-60 in 6.3 but a dog on the highway.

I went from a 16.13@84mph to a 15.08@87mph.

That 1 second difference was practically all in the 60'! 2.8 vs 2.22
